Mindfulness is an innate quality that can be cultivated by anyone with the intention to do so. Learn how to reduce the stress in your life through
Mindfulness Meditation (MM). MM is a step-by-step practice that can decrease stress, anxiety, and depression through the cultivation of present-
moment clarity, awareness, and acceptance. Many positive benefits of Mindfulness Meditation have been researched and validated; benefits include stress reduction, decreased anxiety, improved self-esteem and quality of relationships.
