The New York State/United University Professions’ JointLabor-Management Committees (NYS/UUP JLMC) 2025 – 2026 Spring Individual Development Awards (IDA) Program application period will open on January 1, 2026; the application period will cover activities from 1/1/26 – 7/1/26. The deadline for the Spring 2026 application submission is close of business, March 31, 2026.
This funding is intended to assist eligible UUP members (full and part-time) in developing their full professional potential and in preparing for career advancement.
