The New York State/United University Professions’ JointLabor-Management Committees (NYS/UUP JLMC) 2025 – 2026 Fall Individual Development Awards (IDA) Program application period will open on September 1, 2025; the 1st application period will cover activities from 7/2/25-12/31/25, with a second application period opening in early 2026 to cover the remainder of the award year. The deadline for the Fall 2025 application submission is close of business, October 31, 2025.
This funding is intended to assist eligible UUP members (full and part-time) in developing their full professional potential and in preparing for career advancement. The activities period covered by this award contractually must fall between July 2, 2025 – July 1, 2026.
