The contingent survey has been distributed and published. UUP Central has notified our office that several other SUNY campus contingent members have responded. The UUP Stony Brook Chapter office has been informed that no UUP Stony Brook Chapter members have replied. WHY?

The survey was written and is being distributed by the union’s Contingent Employment Committee to gather detailed information about hiring, workload, working conditions, compensation and other aspects of working as a SUNY contingent employee.
The results of the survey will be used for future initiatives and reports on how to best support contingent academics.
