We are seeking member volunteers interested in serving in two important officer positions.
- The Membership Development Officer works to promote membership growth and engagement, oversees our department representative structure, and leads organizing efforts for our chapter.
- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer leads our DEI committee and works to monitor DEI issues and related concerns within our workplace.
You can learn more about these roles on page six of our chapter bylaws. If you are interested in serving, or would like to nominate someone, please email westchapter@uupsbu.org and president@uupsbu.org. The expected volunteer obligation is about 1 hour per week, and would begin in June.
We are so very grateful for the service of Rosalia Davi and Joseph Pierce who served in these roles for the current term, which ends May 31st.
