Did you know? You are entitled to UUP representation if OEA is conducting an investigation regarding allegations of discriminatory behavior and possible violations of University-wide compliance with Stony Brook policy and state and federal laws.
If you are contacted we strongly encourage you to inquire as to whether you are the “respondent” (target) in the investigation. If you are the “respondent” and wish to have a UUP representative present, let OEA know immediately that you wish to have Union representation during ALL meetings with OEA. We encourage you to contact UUP immediately to inform us about the investigation.
