Voting is Now Open!
The ratification vote on the tentative 2022-2026 contract agreement will be conducted electronically. Postcards and emails containing instructions on how to access your personal electronic ballot have been mailed by MK Election Services to UUP members.
If you have not received a postcard or email, call MK Election Services at 203-403-8401 or email uupcontract@mkelections.com to request replacement voting instructions. If you have questions about the ballot or voting process, please contact caleb@mkelections.com.
Online voting is currently open and will close at 5 p.m. on Aug. 24. The results of the vote will be announced after the balloting window has closed. If you have questions about the contract, email contract@uupmail.org.
If you weren’t able to make it to the contract session, a video of the presentation can be viewed on the “Members Only” portal. The June Negotiations Bulletin is also posted there, which contains a detailed summary of the agreement.
As a reminder, members logging into the Members Only site for the first time will need to do the following:
- Create an account by clicking “Don’t have an account? Click here to create one.”
- This link will direct you to fill out a form with basic information, including your UUP member ID number, which can be found on your UUP membership card, or by calling 518-640-6624. The Department ID is 28050.
- You will then receive an email with a confirmation code and link to set up a password for your account. This email will expire after 30 minutes.
